Pet Policy
Legacy Universal is a pet-friendly community. Two (2) indoor pets are permitted per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Pet Fee: $300 one-time non-refundable fee for one pet, $500 one-time non refundable fee for two pets + $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Pets must not exceed 50 pounds.
